How do we do it?
- Working remotely is the new normal. With 50% of employees in hybrid work regime for all compatible functions, there was a strong Investment in renovation and adaptation of the information and communication technology micro-computing services, mobile and fixed communications, allowing everyone to be able to work from home. Digital companies will no longer return to traditional work models.
- The IT application development is totally managed in agile scrum methodology. With multidisciplinary squads and in collaborative workspaces, technical and business areas are joined with technological partners.
- Automation and digitalization as a challenge. All the effort to implement these components will change the profile of the resources necessary to the organization, with their attraction, development and retention being a constant challenge. We have invested in the acquisition of these competencies through an expanded training programme and a new digital learning experience where each employee develops their skills, without restrictions, in a flexible manner and at their own pace.
- Setting up Talks and Virtual Communities. These have a special focus on digital technologies (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Automation, Big Data, Analytics, Blockchain, ...) for discussion and sharing of experiences, through the launch of business challenges to stimulate interaction and joint problem-solving among people from different areas.
