Did you know that you can now reschedule E-REDES' technical visits to your home via WhatsApp and the Digital Counter? This new feature is now also available on these two channels, and you no longer need to call the E-REDES hotline to reschedule.
On the E-REDES WhatsApp channel (+351 913846398) it is also possible to report and troubleshoot faults quickly and easily.
At the Digital Counter, in addition to the novelty of rescheduling technical visits, customers can also:
- Send readings and consult reading ;
- Make a request for connection to the network;
- Submit faults registered at home or in the street;
- Among others.
