We carry out our duties in accordance with these fundamental values.
Each year a Compliance Programme is prepared: a document that establishes the appropriate values, standards and measures to exclude discriminatory behaviour in relationships with all entities that E-REDES relates to. A Compliance Officer is chosen to verify compliance with the Program. Validation of this document is done by the Entidade Reguladora dos Serviços Energéticos (ERSE).
In addition to the Compliance Programme there is also a Code of conduct – which aims to establish general rules and procedures of conduct for E-REDES employees and service providers when carrying out their activities.
