The aim is to exploit the potential of data analysis from the OPEN DATA Portal, focusing on any stage of the value chain, production, distribution and consumption. At E-REDES we understand that the electricity grid faces many challenges, and it is crucial to invest in intelligence and research until we achieve a full and fair energy transition.
Projects can be applied to any of the main CO2-emitting areas: the electricity system, transport, industry and buildings, and all angles of analysis can be explored: Economic, Social, Technological, Political, Behavioral, Spatial Planning and Environmental.
On September 22, E-REDES will begin a series of information sessions at universities from the north to the south of the country. The roadshow kicks off next Friday at the Nova School of Business and Economics. This will be followed by the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra (October 4), Nova School of Science and Technology (October 11), Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (October 17) and the University of Beira Interior (date to be determined).
The application phase runs from January 8, 2024 to October 31, 2024.
