Through our new Whatsapp channel you can report your malfunction at your consumer site in a simple way.

E-REDES has developed a new digital feature, through which you can check your malfunction, and if it is confirmed to be a malfunction, report it immediately via WhatsApp.

How to use it?

  2. Start the conversation with a "Hello, I want to report an electrical malfunction";
  3. Answer the questions using the buttons or numbers presented for each of the options.


If it is confirmed to be an electrical fault, we will help you quickly to report the incident so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.
In case it is not a malfunction, we will help you identify the reason why you may be without power.
