E-REDES received, for the second consecutive year, the Recommended Brand Award for 2022 in the category "Electricity and/or Gas - Distribution". This distinction is awarded to the brand that, in its category, stood out for its good performance on the Complaint Portal during 2021.
The role of the consumer is fundamental in the process of electing the Recommended Brands because it is their evaluation, at the end of each process on the Complaint Portal, that determines the Satisfaction Index that will dictate the award. E-REDES won customer satisfaction, achieving the best average Satisfaction Index in the category "Electricity and/or Gas - Distribution.
