E-REDES wins Call Center 2021's Award

E-REDES was the winner of the Call Center 2021's Award - "Quality in Call Center Service +150 positions", in the Customer Care Line category.

This award comes from an initiative organized by IFE by Abilways and CALL CENTER MAGAZINE, which aims to recognize the best management practices in Call/Contact centres based on excellence in customer service.

The awarding process has involved several evaluation criteria, among them the reception of the customer, the adaptability of the operator to the exposed situation, and the resolution of the problem in just one phone call. The selection of the winners is based on the evaluation carried out by the Mystery Client.
