Some operations and services provided to customers were affected:
- Unavailability of the 808 100 100 (Information) line, the fault line (800 506 506), the priority customers line and the readings communication line (800 507 507) remaining operational;
- Impossibility of carrying out some Service Orders, which will be rescheduled in due course or carried out outside the combined interval.
However, no impact on the continuity of energy supply is recorded and cannot be predicted.
We would like to thank everyone for their understanding, bearing in mind that the Company is making every effort to recover its systems and collaborating with the competent Entities with a view to ascertaining what has happened and those responsible.
