The work will benefit the quality of service in the area.
E-REDES will remodel the Medium Voltage (MV) electrical network in the Norton de Matos Neighborhood, on Rua Pedro Álvares Cabral, in Coimbra.
The work, which will take place from February 14th to March 25th, will consist of the opening of a trench for the installation of MV underground electric cables, over an extension of 500 meters.
The work to remodel the electrical grid in the area will be carried out by a qualified company with the monitoring of E-REDES, ensuring safety conditions and the non-disruption of the electrical power supply during the course of the work.
The teams will be on-site from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, and it is intended that the work will cause the least possible impact on the area.
The intervention, with an expected investment of around 100 thousand euros, will have the main purpose of increasing the network's resilience in one of the noblest areas of the city.
