E-REDES receives Quality Award for Telephone Service

Excellence in customer service puts E-REDES at the top of the sector in Portugal

This month, E-REDES was recognised with the ‘Quality in telephone customer service +150 positions’ award in the Customer Service category by Abilways Portugal.

This recognition reflects the commitment of the company and its teams to providing excellent customer service, focused on quality, efficiency and empathy, always presenting solutions that guarantee the best customer experience.

This award reflects a collective and continuous effort involving the entire organisation, in partnership with Manpower and Randstad, and is the result of the implementation of advanced technological tools, the strengthening of quantitative and qualitative performance indicators, specialised training and the optimisation of processes. All this with a clear purpose: to put the Customer at the heart of all our operations.

The Call Centre Trophy by Abilways Portugal is one of the most important awards in the sector in Portugal, evaluating companies from various sectors of activity such as energy, insurance, telecommunications, banking, retail, etc. on criteria such as customer satisfaction, response time and quality of interactions. Virtually all of the market leaders and top-of-mind companies from the various national activity sectors competed for this award, which gives E-REDES even more prestige. By winning first place, we have reaffirmed our position as a benchmark for quality in the sector.
