E.DSO (European Association of Grid Operators) has recently published the brochure "CUSTOMERS' POWER - Use Cases From E.DSO's Members For A Participative Electric Distributed Generation And Integrations Into Their Grids", which demonstrates through concrete examples the proximity between Grid Operators and different stakeholders such as Residential Customers, Producers, using cases from its members.
The brochure presents several use cases promoted by the Grid Operators for a greater involvement of consumers and communities in the energy transition.
Among some interesting examples from other counterparts, E-REDES stands out with the "Digital Counter".
This document had the direct involvement of the European Projects and Policies Directorate, in close collaboration with the Client Management Directorate.
