Artist Manoel Quitério helps transform electricity cabinets into art.
With the motivation to transform places in the city, Manoel started an urban art movement in the city of Lisbon, under the name 'Urban Kindness'. The artist has painted several electricity cabinets scattered around the city, decorating corners and hills.
I intend to make the streets a more beautiful place, a place to exchange glances
