Over time, EDP Distribuição has been implementing several changes with regard to customer relations. In order to improve the service provided to the Customer, EDP Distribuição has adapted its telephone lines and, since July 1st, has provided a new number on the Technical Support Line. You can continue to contact us on 808 100 100, or opt for 218 100 100.
The lines are available on working days, between 8am and 10pm. The cost of the call will be defined by the conditions of your tariff.
