LEAN volunteering, an initiative that belongs to EDP Distribuição Social Investment Plan, enables institutions such as schools, IPSS and Municipalities to be empowered to adopt better management practices and reduce waste.
For its implementation, EDP Distribuição establishes partnerships with institutions, providing employees, on a voluntary basis, with know-how in the use of LEAN tools.
