At the Congress of the National Association of Portuguese Municipalities (ANMP), in Portimão, EDP Distribuição presented new digital features for the municipalities.
During the the National Association of Portuguese Municipalities (ANMP) Congress, EDP Distribuição took advantage of a unique opportunity to have gathered in a single space almost all the mayors, to present the new functionalities for municipalities - the Reserved Area and SMART IP - thus giving continuity to EDP Distribuição's strong commitment to the development of digital channels.
The day was marked by the installation of many “Municipality Area" add-ins in the EDP Distribuição App directly on the phones of the Mayors: a feature that allows access to specific data of the municipality, such as contacts and technical data.
The digital solutions presented have been developed within the framework of the EDP Distribuição Digital project which aims at better management and easier access to information, a better user experience and greater transparency in the processes, through cutting red tape and the promotion of paperless.
On the day of the event, the curiosity, the enthusiasm and the adhesion of the Mayors surpassed the best expectations, which shows that EDP Distribuição is on the right track in the era of digital transformation.
