- All Customers for whom we are installing new equipment are advised by letter;
- The employees of EDP Distribuição or those working on its behalf do not request that they be shown any documents (citizen's card or invoice) or a consumer number;
- EDP Distribuição does not request or receive any door-to-door payments. All detected situations are immediately reported to the law enforcement authorities so they may act accordingly.
