We are committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all employees, and to developing policies that promote gender equality and in this sense we have as goals for 2023 to reach 15.7% women in the total universe of E-REDES employees and 19.2% women in leadership positions. Indicators that reflect our commitment to diversity.
As part of this commitment we launched a campaign to raise awareness and involve all employees in the issue of Gender Equality, promoting the key role of women in the company with the commitment to gender balance.
