The inauguration, which took place on 25 November, reflects E-REDES‘ ongoing commitment to improving its customers’ experience.
The new space offers a cosy and functional environment, with a larger area, excellent light, great acoustic and working conditions, and is perfectly adapted to the demands of customer service.
It also includes a back-office room for internal activities during off-peak periods, as well as for work meetings.
This change is the result of a collective effort involving the Customer Management, Planning & Strategy and GBS teams, demonstrating the spirit of collaboration and dedication to continuous improvement.
