E-REDES has resorted to the Operational Crisis Operation Plan, to respond to an increase in grid malfunctions due to bad weather.
We emphasize that at the moment, the situation is considered to be under control, with the registration of a few hundred customers without power from north to south of the country, which in a network of 6 million customers is a residual number.
Our teams are on the ground solving malfunctions and are mobilized to take action as quickly as possible, if necessary.
